  Jacques Bermon Webster I, born on April 30th, 1990 more commonly called Travis Scott (formerly Travi$ Scott) is an American rapper and singer. His stage name is that of a beloved uncle, and also the initial name given to Kid Cudi, his inspiration (whose real name was Scott Mescudi). In 2012, Scott signed his first major label deal with Epic Records. He also signed a publishing deal for GOOD Music with Kanye West. He signed a joint-recording agreement with Epic and T.I.  T.I.'s Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's first full-length project, the mixtape Owl Pharaoh, was self-released in the year 2013. In 2013 Scott self-released the mixtape Owl Phaoh. Another mixtape, Days Before Rodeo was released in 2014. The album that he released as his debut studio album, Rodeo (2015), was accompanied by the smash single "Antidote". His follow-up album entitled Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first number one album on the Billboard 200. Scott's sophomore album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was made in collaboration with Quavo. The album was called Huncho Jack Huncho and included his first Billboard Hot 100 single, "Sicko Mode", featuring Drake. Scott's album JackBoys was released in late 2019 on Cactus Jack Records. It made it to the top of the Billboard 200. Scott's single "Franchise" which featured Young Thug, M.I.A. and other artists, debuted. Scott was the first artist to be ranked first place on the Hot 100 with three songs within a mere one year.
